Sanket graduated from Queen Margaret University, Scotland UK with a Masters in Physiotherapy in 2012, after having acquired his Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy at the Ragiv Ghandi University, Bangalore India in 2007. 
He has over 12 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and has worked in a variety of settings including Hospitals, Nursing homes, Long term care homes, and Private Clinics
He continues to acquire new skills and knowledge and enjoys treating the general public as well as athletes of all levels. His treatment involves a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, and exercise and movement re-education to restore full, pain-free function 
Sanket is interested to incorporate the most current evidence-based practice with clinical experience and further his knowledge through diverse specialty courses. He is certified in Maitland mobilization techniques, acupuncture, IMS, and Functional Capacity Evaluation. 
During his spare time, he enjoys reading and spending quality time with his loved ones. He strongly believes that an active lifestyle is a key to living a longer and more joyful life.

Divya completed her Bachelors of Physiotherapy (BPT) in 2009 and her Masters of Physical Therapy (MPT) from Rajiv Gandhi University, India in 2011.
As an experienced Physiotherapist, she has worked in a variety of settings from Hospital and Rehabilitation facilities consisting of orthopaedic, post-surgical, and neuro patients to Private Practice too.
Divya believes that every injury and dysfunction is unique, and every patient responds differently to the treatment. She is passionate about providing a tailored approach to each of her patients, where their own experiences, abilities, and goals are incorporated in order that they achieve the best possible outcomes. She believes that rehabilitation is a team effort, and prides herself on taking the time with her patients to ensure they fully understand their injury and treatment plan.
Divya loves her work but when she is not at the clinic you can find her exploring natural beauty in the beautiful city of Vancouver, British Columbia, or enjoying the outdoors with her daughter.

Dr. Ahluwalia is a board-certified chiropractor with an extensive background in treating muscle, joint, and sports injuries with a focus on rehab, performance, and human biomechanics. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science with a major in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, he went on to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon as well as his Master of Science in Sports Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. 
He uses an evidence-based approach to formulate individualized treatment plans to get the best results in patients. He specializes in a variety of spinal and extremity conditions by utilizing techniques such as chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, soft tissue therapy, cupping, taping, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, physiotherapy modalities, and more. 
During his time in Portland, he had the opportunity to work at various professional and amateur sporting events, treating different types of athletes that helped him hone his skills. His passion for sports grew from high school and to this day he stays active by competing in basketball, swimming, weight-lifting, taking leisurely hikes, and walking his dog. Fitness is a passion of his and he likes to empower his patients with the ability to change and progress towards a pain-free and active lifestyle. Simon graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3,000-hour program in New Westminster. Simon obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, which gives him a better understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Being a soccer player and sports enthusiast, Simon is no stranger to sports injuries and ailments. His approach to massage therapy involves Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and Joint Mobilization Technique. Additionally, Simon has done numerous studies in frozen shoulder and acute/chronic lower back pain. Simon is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Additionally, he has a great deal of experience in treating ICBC patients. Some of the common injuries related to ICBC patients include whiplash, severe headaches, muscle strain, nerve damage, and disc herniation.

During the academic time, she had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of conditions in the school clinic and at different outreaches including BC women’s hospital, MS society BC, Positive Living BC, Douglas college sports team, Emineda seniors home, etc. 

Teresa’s passion is to help her patients achieve a healthy lifestyle and restore balanced body function. Her focus is on posture balancing, fascial releasing, and muscle relaxation. She is especially good at treating muscle tension headaches, whiplash associated disorder, neck and shoulder stiffness, and chronic lower back pain. She truly believes that massage therapy is one of the best, the safest, and the most natural way to heal the body and promote physical and mental well-being.

Faraz developed a passion for healthy living after he made a transition in his lifestyle to overcome his struggle with weight loss - losing 75 lbs. His passion for healthy living goes hand in hand with exercise and the impact it has on our life when used as a tool for self-improvement. 
Faraz loves playing tennis, soccer, and basketball. He also enjoys being outdoors on runs and hikes. In his free time, he spends time with his family and enjoys designing athletic, casual wear for his clothing business. Tommy graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology – concentration in active health and rehabilitation. He is a BCAK registered kinesiologist with extensive experience in providing assessment and active rehabilitation for sport-related and ICBC/WorkSafe injuries. He is also specialized in exercise prescription to general fitness and health training.
Outside of the clinic, Tommy has the chance to work as an athletic trainer. He has enjoyed coaching youth basketball for the last 3 years, which gives him experience working with children and young athletes. His enthusiasm toward sport is leading him into an active lifestyle, including playing basketball, soccer, and weightlifting.
