Dr. Ahluwalia is a board-certified chiropractor with an extensive background in treating muscle, joint, and sports injuries with a focus on rehab, performance, and human biomechanics. After obtaining his Bachelor of Science with a major in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, he went on to complete his Doctorate in Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon as well as his Master of Science in Sports Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. 
He uses an evidence-based approach to formulate individualized treatment plans to get the best results in patients. He specializes in a variety of spinal and extremity conditions by utilizing techniques such as chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation exercises, soft tissue therapy, cupping, taping, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, physiotherapy modalities, and more. 
During his time in Portland, he had the opportunity to work at various professional and amateur sporting events, treating different types of athletes that helped him hone his skills. His passion for sports grew from high school and to this day he stays active by competing in basketball, swimming, weight-lifting, taking leisurely hikes, and walking his dog. Fitness is a passion of his and he likes to empower his patients with the ability to change and progress towards a pain-free and active lifestyle. Treating individuals and seeing their improvements and the impact it has on their lives is what drives him to be the best chiropractor that he can be.

Johnny completed his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University and bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.  Johnny has also completed two diplomas in General Studies and Sport Science at Douglas College.

Johnny’s clinical experience includes time in both public and private settings. Johnny started his career in public practice (hospitals) and private clinics in Kingston and the Greater Toronto Area. In addition to his clinical experience, Johnny spent four years as a behavioral interventionist and was a research assistant for a Parkinson’s disease and concussion study at UBC.

Johnny has a variety of interests including treating patients with MSK (musculoskeletal), cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological conditions, vestibular issues, and concussions. He also enjoys helping patients who have injuries from sports, motor vehicle accidents, and other chronic conditions.

In his spare time, Johnny enjoys playing basketball, table tennis, tennis, and badminton. He also loves volunteering and has spent eight years with organizations geared toward helping those with physical and behavioral challenges such as the Special Olympics and the Vancouver Chinese Policing Center.

Johnny is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

I am a proud mom of two sons and A Physiotherapist I hold bachelor's and master's degrees in physiotherapy (INDIA) and a Master’s in administrative sciences (Fairleigh Dickson University, Vancouver) I have more than 10 years of experience in different specialties from musculoskeletal injury, neurorehabilitation to cardiovascular rehabilitation from Acute to Chronic illness. I am always curious to learn new techniques all the time because I know there is no single approach that is right for one Individual.

Simon graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3,000-hour program in New Westminster. Simon obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, which gives him a better understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Being a soccer player and sports enthusiast, Simon is no stranger to sports injuries and ailments. His approach to massage therapy involves Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and Joint Mobilization Technique. Additionally, Simon has done numerous studies in frozen shoulder and acute/chronic lower back pain.

Simon is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Fei has accomplished a 2800-hour accredited Massage Therapy program and successfully obtained an RMT certificate.
She has been dedicated to this field for over three years and has a passion for treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal health concerns, including frozen shoulder, pregnancy massage, office-work-related aches, and pain, sports injuries.
She also has developed a good set of techniques in treatment, such as joint mobilization, fascia release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and deep tissue massage.
Fei enjoys hiking, boating, and playing basketball.

Tony graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.  During his training, he was able to participate in many outreach opportunities and treated patients with various conditions. He worked with elderly patients, athletes, individuals with mental or physical disabilities, and those living with HIV and cancer. Additionally, he has a great deal of experience in treating ICBC patients. Some of the common injuries related to ICBC patients include whiplash, severe headaches, muscle strain, nerve damage, and disc herniation.
Tony will assess your condition, give you options for treatment, and work with you to achieve your desired results. Whether you have issues such as pain and soreness from daily activities or age-related, stress and tension headache, sport or other injuries, limited range of motion, rehabilitation, health maintenance, or just relaxation, you will be in good hands.

Teresa Zhao graduated from the 2750 hour RMT program at Vancouver Career College. During the academic time, she had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of conditions in the school clinic and at different outreaches including BC women’s hospital, MS society BC, Positive Living BC, Douglas college sports team, Emineda seniors home, etc. 

Teresa’s passion is to help her patients achieve a healthy lifestyle and restore balanced body function. Her focus is on posture balancing, fascial releasing, and muscle relaxation. She is especially good at treating muscle tension headaches, whiplash associated disorder, neck and shoulder stiffness, and chronic lower back pain. She truly believes that massage therapy is one of the best, the safest, and the most natural way to heal the body and promote physical and mental well-being.

Teresa enjoys an active lifestyle and likes to do yoga, hiking, dancing, and watch movies. She also has a master's degree in business and a bachelor's degree in arts. Besides English, Teresa is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

John started as a certified bodyworker before he enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program and gained satisfaction when he helped clients improve their conditions. Before coming to Canada, John was an orthopedic surgeon who had dedicated his practice to acquire patients' satisfaction. John is honored to have the trust and loyalty of many families ever since his early practice. John's medical knowledge and experience give him an insight into the reasons to treat many kinds of tissue and joint pains. He also adheres to the principle of patient-centeredness, which he provides both deep tissue and relaxation in his treatments.

Adrian graduated from the RMT program at Vancouver Career College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. 
Adrian is also practicing as a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner in B.C. since 2014. His combined Eastern and Western medical backgrounds encompass his practice with not only trigger points in muscles, but also acupoints and meridian lines in the body.
Adrian is dedicated to helping patients relieve from aches and pain, work stress, repetitive use injuries, and achieve their desired state of comfort. He also focuses on maintaining the wellness of the body through preventative care. He incorporates relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy technique into his treatments.

Lili graduated from the Protege School of Massage Therapy and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. She practices with a variety of techniques like swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and joint play. Her approach to treatment is a balance of both clinical and relaxation-based techniques to produce positive change in her patient’s body and life. Throughout her practice, she has been fortunate to work with a variety of patients, all of which have made her sensitive to the individual needs of her patients. Wendy completed her Chinese traditional medicine course in 2005; she participated in and completed the intern program for cardio-cerebrovascular disease rehabilitation from 2004 to 2006. 
Wendy is dedicated to her profession and is eager to increase her skills and knowledge as a therapist. She is highly committed to treating her clients with a customized approach to fit each need. She is experienced with a combination of therapeutic massage techniques and manual therapies, including but not limited to general Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, and myofascial release. She enjoys helping people find their underlying causes of postural imbalance and returning their bodies to their normal, balanced state. She also provides a home-care plan to assist the patients after their treatments.
Wendy was a high school athlete; she had several injuries from training and competition, knowing firsthand how the pain works. She is passionate about helping people who suffer from acute and chronic injuries.

Tanya believes patient-centered treatment is the key element between an RMT and a patient. This includes creating a personalized treatment plan to reach the treatment goals and providing homecare for an individual patient. Tanya has a passion for treating patients by using a variety of techniques such as myofascial active release, deep tissue massage, Swedish techniques, joint mobilization, trigger point release, and active/passive stretching.

Han Jang

Han is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the VCC College RMT program. He is fully trained to treat a variety of conditions, including muscle tension, joint pain, and sports injuries. Han's passion for his work as an RMT is evident in everything he does, from his commitment to ongoing professional development to his caring and attentive approach to patient care.

Han is known for his respectful and understanding manner, and he always takes the time to listen to his patient's concerns and goals. He is dedicated to providing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique needs and preferences, and he works closely with his patients to help them achieve their wellness goals.

Tommy graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology – concentration in active health and rehabilitation. He is a BCAK registered kinesiologist with extensive experience in providing assessment and active rehabilitation for sport-related and ICBC/WorkSafe injuries. He is also specialized in exercise prescription to general fitness and health training.
Outside of the clinic, Tommy has the chance to work as an athletic trainer. He has enjoyed coaching youth basketball for the last 3 years, which gives him experience working with children and young athletes. His enthusiasm toward sport is leading him into an active lifestyle, including playing basketball, soccer, and weightlifting.

Jenny Liu is a Registered Acupuncturist and Certified Acupoint Injection Therapist. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in TCMD from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China.

Being a registered TCM doctor in China, she worked as a TCM doctor at the acupuncture unit in the hospital and participated in editing and publishing many Chinese medicine books.

Being an acupuncturist and TCM doctor for more than 20 years, she has treated a significate number of patients in China and Canada. She is passionate about looking after her patients and restoring their health to themselves. Her patients who have been completely recovered or been significantly improved from their complaints are still seeing her regularly.
